Blake's Lean Ground Jerky Recipe

• 2 lbs of Lean Ground Venison
• 2 TBSP Tender quick Salt
• 1 TSP Ground Black Pepper
• 1 TSP Crushed Red Pepper
• 1 TSP Onion Powder
• 2 TSP Liquid Smoke
• 1/2 TSP Garlic Salt

Refrigerate for 24 hours in a plastic bowl. Then dehydrate until done.
