RAD Cast Outdoors is for families who want clean content about hunting, fishing, and everything in between. The show is hosted by an experienced, globetrotting hunter and skilled, record-breaking angler. David Merrill is the founder of Recreational Archery Development (RAD) and The Bow Spider. He grew up hunting and fishing in Oregon‘s Cascade Mountains, spent time in Alaska, and moved to Wyoming in 2013. David has been a passionate bow-hunter since he was 14-years-old. David is an avid archery elk hunter, archery deer hunter and has hunted big game all over the world. He has harvested dall sheep, elk, kudu, whitetail deer, mule deer, black tail deer, caribou, bison and much more. David shares many tips on hunting the western United States and other places as well. Patrick Edwards the creator of Angling Wyoming is a born and raised Wyomingite. His passion for the outdoors began at a young age, learning to hunt and fish with his father. He enjoys hunting, but his true love is fishing. He‘s fished in many places and is always learning new techniques. Patrick is well versed in walleye fishing, trout fishing and other species like tiger muskies and panfish. He loves targeting fish that get overlooked. Annually, he can be found fishing for including walleye, trout, sucker, catfish, perch, bluegill, northern pike, tiger muskie, muskie and much more. Patrick is a world record holder, state record holder, Ultimate Angler and has many master angler catches to his name. Gene Galitz has had a career in taxidermy, law enforcement and has spent most of his free time in the outdoors. Gene makes custom elk calls, does taxidermy, bakes, cooks, hunts, fishes, and goes shooting all the time. He takes the time to talk about taxidermy, bears, fishing, hunting and law enforcement. He also tells the now infamous story of "Rattle Snake Bob." You have to hear the story.

Here is Gene's Chicken Friend Elk Recipe:
This recipe works well with elk, deer, moose or antelope.
Trim away all fat and membrane. Pound steaks with meat tenderizer or serrated knife blade. Sprinkle on a few drops of Lea Perrins Worcestershire sauce and Lawry’s seasoned salt. Cover and allow to set 30 minutes to an hour.
Beat a couple eggs in a pie pan and sprinkle in a little more Lawry’s seasoned salt. Dip the steak in flour, egg mixture and flour. Fry at medium high heat, turning once when golden brown.
Serve with hash browns and country gravy!!
